My kids play these games as do most kids. They are a great bunch and can distinguish very easily.

I don't think the epidemics we are seeing is down to video games or films.

If the UK had the SAME laws as the USA, regarding Gun ownership....Would the death rate by shooting go up....or down in the UK?

Accidental and domestic shootings alone would ensure the rate went up if guns were around the house.

Of course it would. I for One would have shot someone had I had a gun at the time...and on several occasions. 

 

That said, i should be thankful i'm not doing 30 years inside.

Also, people doing the stabbings would use guns in many instances, if the availability was the same as the usa. But I'm not sure if of the purpose of the original question.

so theres now been 246 "mass" shootings in the good ole USA so far this year. The latest, at a garlic festival of all places, a 6 year old boy and a 13 year old girl were shot dead. 8469 people killed by fellow Americans this year alone.
