Butter Suggestions?

Recommended Posts

Hey butter cups

I would like to know which butters are best for using when pan frying things like stakes and fish meats.

I have tried using olive / sunflower spreads but not so good in a pan for doing any fine hob cooking.

I would rather have butter than any so called low fat margarine alternatives, will any normal butter do.

Also, what's the difference between salted and unsalted butter?

Also, I head heard that grass fed butters are the best ones for you!

Is this a serious question? :hihi:

Kerrygold is my favourite all-round butter, good for spreading and cooking, it's salted which means it has added salt, if you really need to ask.

I have read that Yeo Valley Farm Butter is all natural grass fed.
