Dog fleas repellent not working

Have you tried diatomaceous earth? If not look it up and see if you fancy trying it. I've heard a lot of good reviews about it from people who have had no luck with chemical flea repellants. Make sure you get food grade though otherwise it can be quite dangerous to breathe in.

Our breeder recommended garlic and fenergreek tablets from Dorwest. I can't say I was convinced and we went for a full frontal chemical assault. Now we use Frontline combo (only available on prescription) and spray the carpets and dog bedding in the house with indorex.

It's important to treat the house to break the cycle. Hoovering very thoroughly every 3 days including on top of skirting boards and anywhere your dog sits.

just the cheap stuff really petshield household flea killer/ beaphar household flea spray/ cheap dog flea powder.

these i am sorry to say aren't the best products however the ones above do work , you also need to treat carpets , bedding etc

Frontline, you can buy it in Boots now, it's not cheap but repellants are what they say just a repellant. Frontline lasts for about a month and kills rather than repels

Lots of people are finding that Frontline isn't working well now the fleas are becoming resistant to it, we had great success with Advantage its non prescription and can be bought online...no more fleas!
