Fundraising to buy poly tunnel at manor allotments

Hi all sorry to invade the space we at manor allotment society are trying to raise funds to buy a poly tunnel that can be erected on our community plot for the elderly and disabled who have plots on our allotments, we are also hoping to get the local children involved in the allotments as much as we can what I am asking for is if anyone has any way of raising funds ideas etc could they get in touch , my daughter and son are currently selling loom bracelets to raise money towards this but the poly tunnel is going to cost in excess of £500 if anyone would like to buy a loom bracelet any colour any design for £1 please message me I will attach a photo of some of the designs we made for a car boot we did over the weekend many thanks in advance

Is there a voluntary action sheffield? I'm sure they could point you in the right direction for funding.

The council used to offer small grants for exactly this kind of thing - i can't remember who is the contact now, but you could email chris heeley, i am sure he will know

many thanks to all who have replied i have contacted keith levy who wasnt in but have his direct number now so will try again today and the council run rounds for the grants and are by area so i am just waiting for the rounds to open again heres hoping we can get something
