Sheffield Ski Village On Fire Again Thread

Recommended Posts

there are no owners anymore.

the ltd company that owned it (parkview developments ltd) went into administration after the big fire.

i believe the land then reverts to the leaseholders which is the council.

Ahh, they'll want the land cleared of buildings as cheaply and quick as possible!!!:suspect:

Let's get a motorway built to the area and get Ikea on site asap. Reckon you could probably fit a Next Home store, a Sports Village and a Chinese Theme Park on there too.

Why? It's hardly like its prime retail space is it? I can hardly imagine the council resorting to arson can you? It will be chavs messing around- they have previous as we already know.
