Sheffield Ski Village On Fire Again Thread

Recommended Posts

Can see the flames from here at Wisewood! The previous times that it has been on fire we have never been able to see the flames before and theres less to burn now! All a bit strange.

all thats left up there to burn now is the wooden cafe building that looked out over adventure mountain. there's no other wood left.

other than that i suppose petrol on the dendix or snowflex would make that burn well.

A6178 South Yorkshire - A6178 Sheffield Road in Sheffield closed in both directions between the St Lawrence Road junction and the Grange Lane junction, because of a serious fire. Diversion in operation - Local.

So what is on fire there then? I work near there

I came down Rutland road about 20 mins ago and the fire was huge, looked a lot closer to Rutland road than the ski village but then, the ski village might be a lot closer than I'd previously judged it to be.

Saw it from Lane top (The smoke anyway)

Does anyone know if the 432 is still parked up outside, wouldn't mind looking after it.
