tzijlstra   11 #5 Posted July 29, 2014 Crikey... Real shame for the lad as he looked good at the end of last season. I even had hoped he might start a few games this year. But a cruciate is going to set him back a fair bit.
 Share this content via...

Grappler   12 #7 Posted July 29, 2014 Stuart Gray just told Andy Giddings this morning that it is not an ACL injury after all, but he will be out for at least two months. Jeremy Helen has some sort of muscle tear, but shold be ok before the season starts.
 Share this content via...
peakexpat   10 #8 Posted July 29, 2014 As someone said earlier on this lad looked to have coming on age towards the end of last season. I was hoping to see a lot more of him this year because I think he has the talent just needs the experience and confidence. Hopefully this is only a couple of months and he is fighting fit well before christmas because I reckon he has a job to do for us. ALAN 58 Â Â 10 #9 Posted July 29, 2014 My glass is half empty at the moment, and i can,t see it being topped up in the near future We,re certainly going to need our share of luck to not be propping up the division at the end of august, when the window closes for transfers. Â Get a decent centre half in and we are more than capable of a mid table finish, get a decent striker in then i would expect us to be more than capable of play offs.Get three or four good signings and who knows. We haven't got much of a back four we saw this last season and we saw it again at the weekend against donny. I want some of what you are on because I struggling to finds anywhere close to that sort of optimism.
 Share this content via...

Too many people thinking back to the last few games [when we were safe ] before that we played some good stuff and the defence was rock solid for a while pat [come on think back:)]scored goals from lots of positions and we even started talking play offs at one point.Roger johnson was a big loss, get him back and im confident in what i said.
