ITunes won't recognise iphone

Just got a new iPhone 5S but can't get iTunes on the desktop to recognise it.

 

Partner has one as well and iTunes recognises that on his profile. Is it that we've got two iPhones that's causing the problem or what? We use separate profiles on the PC.

 

Finding it very frustrating as I can't sync music or anything
