Body/paintwork repairs old golf mk1

Hello I have an old golf mk1 rivage with blue metallic paint

 

I could do with some advice on the bodywork. Not sure if the repairs can be done or a full repaint.

 

Won't lie almost every panel has marks, stone chips, small amount of surface rust round the windscreen, chipped paint and couple of bumper scuffs also.

 

Just wondering which is the best place for repairs and possibly repaint?

Oooh no not my cup of tea. Trying to keep my car as original as possible. I can understand a modern car being wrapped not a classic.
