I've posted it on Facebook, wish you good luck at finding it (really just wanted to boost this to the top again)

My little girl has the brown version which she absolutely adores. I feel your pain, OP, and really hope you get it back.

Incidentally, after some close shaves we now have a spare one hidden in the cupboard in case of desperation, but it's so clean and fluffy, she would know the difference immediately!

Yes, we have 'Bear bear' who is not produced anymore by BHS.

He's had a charmed life as well, very nearly lost him at the Rotherham Show last year! :?

Some people I've noticed that find something, instead of leaving it where it is or handing it in somewhere which you might imagine would be the best thing to do, instead decide to put it on the nearest bench, wall, hedge etc possibly so that it's in eye shot...might be worth a look. I very much doubt anyone would find it and pass it to their own kids, there's no way on gods earth I would ever pass a 2nd hand toy to my daughters never mind one that's been found outside and is scraggy, you've no idea what's on it or where it's been. Someone may also have just lobbed it in a bin, afterall we can't have a world full of scraggy toys can we?

Thanks for that.

And PP yes i assumed thats what people would do to but we checked all benches etc. We looked everywhere out of desperation.

Never mind it was worth a try. I think a new pink bunny will end up being purchased now i know they r quite widely available thanks to the lovely people above... il just tell her hes had a wash or something and keep my fingers crossed! Just a shame since it was a birth present from someone special :(

I do feel your pain, I had a penguin called Percy when I was a toddler and he went everywhere with me, I left him in a motorway services once on a trip from Bulford to Plymouth and my dad drove back a good 20-30 miles to get him just to shut me up.

I do hope your daughter and bunny are re-united but not very likely now.

38 years later, the horror of losing my beloved Kermit is still fresh in my mind. A replacement would have been unacceptable even though my sadistic brother had turned him into a quadruple amputee. Besides, £11 is £11.

Come on people of Sheffield, get searching! No more shall the park be a grave of toys.
