Another warm summer evening spoiled by a brainless moron who thinks we all want to hear the thump, thump, thump of their trashy music. Had to close all doors and windows because of the noise. Why does it have to be so loud and why are people so selfish?

A car was parked down my street earlier and the bass was so loud that I could actually feel the vibration. This driver is a menace, he could not possibly hear any warning sounds or emergency vehicles and should be prosecuted.

Luckily he wasn't here long.

I don't understand why music nowadays has to be so loud, do they think it's cool? Or is it just that they don't care and do what they want and to hell with anyone else?

It seems to have gone quieter now maybe someone's pulled the plug out.

Rant over, Thank you.

walk up to him, ask him for a '99'.

When he looks puzzled, say sorry you thought it sounded like the ice cream man.

Whilst I do agree that these people are a nuisance it is important to stress that the deaf and hard of hearing can drive,so that argument is a poor one.

I don't understand the point you are trying to put over in the last part of your statement:

' Its important to stress that the deaf and hard of hearing can drive ' ?

Please clarify.

Believe me, if the driver wasn't deaf he certainly will be, so will anyone else who lives nearby. Both lots of "music", I use the word lightly, would waken the dead.

I have the same problem ... whenever it's lovely and sunny, the neighbour comes out, sparks up his crappy home made BBQ and puts his 'music' on.

When I say 'music' ... I think it is, I can't tell really because of the amount of bass ... boom, boom, boom ... it's idiot music to be honest.

Suffice to say, I can't go outside in my garden whilst this is going on ... often 'til 1.30/2.00 in the morning. He has no respect for others, just selfish.

Last night It was so hot, but I couldn't even open the back door or windows for ventilation due to the noise ... which you could feel as well as hear.

I use cordless headphones when I listen to stuff, due to the fact that I live on Crookes, not at Glastonbury. They were only about £120.00, and mean that there's no way I can upset anyone, wether I'm listening to music, or watching telly (I stay up late).

If anyone who plays loud music is reading this, don't be a chav ... do everyone a favour and go out this weekend and get some headphones.

Well said, my feelings exactly. But instead of using headphones they could simply turn it down, or is that too simple?

As someone once said, if it's nice enough for him to have the doors open and music blaring, then it's nice enough for you to burn waste plastic.
