Can anyone help me with this it's the form for ordering school uniforms from Hinde House secondary but I only speak English so struggling

There shouldn't be foreign language forms in the school; the foreigners ought to be reading/speaking English if they're making a life here. They can speak their own language at home by all means but no good will come from discouraging them from interacting publically in English with forms like that.
