Longley Area Discoloured Water Supply?

Hi guys

 

just ran the cold tap and the water is a light brown/ochre/sepia type colour, not cloudy but clear - anyone else having this problem?

Ours is ok

Ours is brown. Also in Longley uuurrgh

Ours is the same. When it settles it is leaving silt in the basin. My neighbour reported it this lunch time. She was told there are problems at Chapletown.

They told me it would clear itself in 2-3 hours, that was over 5 hours ago, went to wash my face just now and it's still not clear.....

Yeah, I used washing machine today and all our white cotton nappies are now brown... I noticed the discoloured water afterwards. Guess I should pour a glass of sample water everytime I decide to do the laundry
