Brantano at Heeley Retail Park - what's the customer service like?

Have things changed at this shop over the past year?

 

The last time I went to their Brantano outlet - more than a year ago - their sales woman yelled at my 12-month-old for drinking water from a sippy cup. I was so upset that I left them a really bad review on Google.

 

I've been to the Retail Park several times over the past months but I make it a point to avoid Brantano. LO need new shoes now so was wondering if the place is worth going.

Not when you are obviously looking for someone to assist and they look but carry on chatting. Ah well, their loss.

I called in today as I was at the retail area for another shop. I won't be rushing back. The stock is poor and overpriced.

I notice the one at Cricket Inn Road Retail Park has been replaced by a pound shop.
