Leaking Bath Trap..Help!!

Recommended Posts

Might have another go tomorrow but I don't hold out much hope

No silicone. Try bedding it on some putty . make sure everything is square and no pressure no any joints as you tighten by hand .Do not overtighten ./ leave for a day to allow putty to set. If still leaking next day get your wife to have a go as you are clearly incompitent and should take knitting up as a past time. :|:hihi::hihi::hihi: Could you be a sport and let us know the out come of this saga

I'm gonna take the bath back out, raise it up, fit the trap while its up in the air and test it, then once it doesn't leak fit it back. Sounds good on paper just need time to attempt it.
