430spider   10 #1 Posted July 12, 2014 A lovely summer evening is being ruined by an unholy racket from just behind the Three Merry Lads at Lodge Moor. From what I can see, there's a bandstand with a few people standing around it, and a band belting out seventies songs. It this an attempt to outdo Glastonbury? Anyone know what's going on - or better still, when it'll stop?
 Share this content via...

Ousetunes   10 #8 Posted July 13, 2014 It's Gillyfest at the Sportsman.  A place I'd guess you've never stepped foot in. Perhaps you weren't aware of the Three Merry Lads and Sportsman pubs being there?   Posted from Sheffieldforum.co.uk App for Android
 Share this content via...

Shame on those kind hearted soles at the Sportsman. Did they not think of poor old 430spider's poor old ears before deciding to raise lots of money for a fantastic cause. Broken Britain people, broken Britain.
 Share this content via...
