You need to wait at least 10 days as the piggie that died could have passed illness on to the older one , if you are interested I have one ready in 10 days which will bond well with an older piggie

I have a mature female all on her own and am moving house soon. I wouldn't want her to be caged though.

I have a few rescues coming in next week, if you wanted to adopt a rescue piggy to go with?

I read the post and took it to mean that Elinor is wanting to give her remaining guinea pig away rather than get another one. If this is the case Elinor, then you will need to fill out a rehoming template. This can be found in the stickies at the top of the page, just copy and paste it.

I know this post is a few months old now, but I wonder if anyone can help. We lost our beloved Inca yesterday, the sweetest and most gentle guinea pig I've ever known. I'm heartbroken, but even more heartbroken is his brother who has been his best friend and cage mate since they were born. Geddy is now nearly 6 years old and I'd love to find him a suitable friend and companion to live with. I don't want to just buy another one randomly (as I tried introducing a third guinea pig to my pair a few years ago and they didn't get on at all) so I was wondering if anyone knows of anywhere that does guinea-pig dating or bonding sessions? Peaches - it looks like you have some rescue guineas who may need a loving home... might there be a suitable guinea there? And if possible, I'd like to bring Geddy along to meet other guineas to see if he'd get along with another. A 4 years plus guinea would be my preference... can anyone help? Thanks so much x
