This is the second Saturday ive woken to find NO mess on my drive. No damage to my car or my home and no vomit urine or other human waste on my property.

Im very very happy. Long may it continue.

It could have. Im not saying for 100% sure theres a connection but sinse it hasnt opened as much i havent had nearly as many problems.

 

It should be part of their license to monitor these sorts of things.

Keep a diary and take photos and report it to the SCC licensing committee.

They will be asked to explain themselves if it is serious.

At a recent meeting between the licensee the police and the council, the licensee and the building owner both stated that once patrons were off their property (i mean an inch off their property) they have no responsibility for their behaviour. Also they had to be told by the police that despite their protestation they are responsible for peoples behaviour whilst patrons on their property. Both the licensee and the building owner both dismissed this as being untrue. As i understand it they both relented and accepted they have a responsibility but this should tell you what kind of people we are dealing with.

They dont seem to care who they affect and they seem to want to do anything they can to ignore their responsibilities.
