Cleaning Suede Boots

Hey dudes

 

I have a pair of K-Swiss suede boots that are now a bit grubby and was wondering what the best ways to clean them are?

 

I was going to put them in the washing machine in hope they could be treated the same as trainers but thought strongly against it.

 

Are there any footwear services around that will clean various things and make alterations?

The best way I have found (I'm sure that there will be someone along to say otherwise!) is to use a steam cleaner on them. Once clean, spray them with something like Kiwi Aquastop which makes the next time that you have to clean, them a whole lot easier.

Use some washing power and an old toothbrush. Once they're dry put some suede protector on them
