Right To Buy to end

I thought I heard on the radio that the Tories, if elected, are going to extend the "right to buy " to Housing Association tenants.

A blooming scandal.

 

I though it already was with the right to acquire?

 

Over the past few decades a lot of SCC owned stock was transferred to Housing Associations for free.

Extending it to private tenants would be a vote winner!

Er, no. It applies only to Public Sector Housing- as that's what HMG Central Funding funds.
