Violence seems to be the way of people in this day and age. People feel more justified in their violent acts, if they feel they are in the right. Trouble is, everyone feels they are in the right. It was a very cool place and we were shown round for free (as all visitors are) by a very enthusiastic guide and told about all the myths and legends of their religion.  The overwhelming impression that we came away with was you don't mess with the Sikhs!
