I have a theory as to why the are called Kippers, take a look at any photo of Mr Farage or the former leader Kilroy Silk and you will see they both have a orange/brown smoked tint about them just like a kipper. I first thought they were both from distant parts not England but it seems that both of them spent a lot of time in the sun.

EU and non-EU migrants are a vital part of the labour force, together making up 26 per cent of NHS doctors, 28 per cent of food preparation and hospitality workers and 22 per cent of natural and social science professionals.

 

As an added bonus, immigrants also improve our productivity, helping to boost UK wages. In 2013, Cinzia Rienzo at the National Institute of Economic and Social Research found that a one per cent increase in the immigrant share in the labour force is associated with an increase in labour productivity of between 0.06 and 0.07 per cent.

 

So while the European Court of Justice may have delivered a verdict that will allow David Cameron to boost his tough rhetoric on immigration, today's ruling is not going to lead to a massive cut in the UK's budget deficit and it remains the case EU migrants were not in any way a net drain on the public finances even with working age benefits.

Obviously.McKinstry has no answer to the reports that EU immigrants are net contributors to the UK,as his only answer is that they should be taken with 'a large pinch of salt'............fact free journalism.

He then goes on to Non EU immigration as the cause of his concern,a fact that all reports have acknowledged as being a source of non contribution, as the only way he can support his article,but the government has concentrated on EU immigration,not non EU immigration,which they have control over,so what he and the rest of the Anti Immigrationists have to ask themselves is,what good is controlling EU immigration,which is not disputed as being net contributory,when it is in fact Non EU immigration that has cost the UK over a couple of decades?

How are the wages going to go up if UK born workers take the jobs?............By magic?...........the same wages topped up by government paid to foreigners and being a drain will be exactly the same wages paid to UK workers taking those jobs and being topped up by the government.

Are you seriously comparing someone who's been accused of being a Jihadist with someone who's parent has lost their job? Remember the context of the post involved a little discussion about deporting immigrants and their British children if they didn't have e a job.
