The tories have fewer nutjobs as they all left and formed UKIP where being a nutter is a pre-requisit. They’ve got plenty of bigots but they seem less antisemetic, certain,y compared with the momentum lot.

Thank God for the "nut jobs" who left and formed Ukip, without them and Nigel we would never have had the vote to leave the corrupt institution that is the EU. Three cheers for them. Freedom is coming soon.

It's not corrupt. Ours is corrupt - as the hilarious seaborne deal absolutely proves. But keep looking like an idiot parroting horse **** from the express if it makes you feel better. And how are you being oppressed? What freedoms are you missing?

The first bit is right though, UKIP forced an issue in Cameron's head that wasn't there from a fringe bunch of nutters and turncoats. So fair play there.

I quite like looking like an idiot, it makes me feel quite at home with several posters on this site, I leave you to guess who they are.

Not just yet, only when we wave goodbye to the corrupt EU, then we will be free, free to deal with the rest of the world.

We already deal with the rest of the world through the EU and because of the economy of scale we get a much better deal than we could ever get on out own.

Think of it as buying from Costco with the EU and like buying from a corner shop on our own. That's fine for a packet of fags or a bottle of Hendo's in an emergency at 9.55 on a Sunday night but you wouldn't do your 'big shop' that way.

You'd very soon be bankrupt! 🙄

Really? What are the UK's biggest non EU export markets? What EU trade deal exists with them?

Did you mean to post this in the Conservative party thread? I don't know why it's relevant here..

That's strange, it's hasn't stopped you criticising Jeremy Corbyn / the Labour Party on the Conservative Party thread.

Such as?

If it's relevant to the discussion it might be reasonable to mention another political party in a non corresponding thread. Posting random criticisms of the Conservative Party in the Labour thread (or visa versa) isn't, otherwise there wouldn't be two different threads.

Amazing, first sitting MP to be jailed in 28 years.

The last one was Terry Fields: A former hard-left Labour MP and who was expelled from Labour in 1991 during a purge of the Militant Tendency. He was jailed in July 1991 for refusing to pay his poll tax bill of £373.

There's quite a few Labour ones in the list on this link:

This one is my favourite:

Quote

John Stonehouse:  A former Labour MP who attracted international attention when he attempted to fake his own death in Miami in 1974. It was later discovered that he had travelled to Australia to start a new life with his mistress.
