Where is your evidence that Corbyn is antisemitic? The fact that he shared one silly meme or something? and where is your evidence that all the crowd funders are also antisemites? Lots of generalisation there ..

Since he is being sued in an independant libel court we are going to find out under the direction of a judge with the assistance of barristers. Happily, it is not subject to any reporting restrictions under the Defamation Act and there is no jury to influence, so we can discuss it to our heart's content throughout. I'm looking forward to it and I'm sure that we'll all have a little chuckle at the antisemite's conspiracy theories along the way, just as they did when preparing the report into Labour antisemitism under Corbyn.  :)

Even more happily, with the exposure of the malignant hard left fascistic marxists as the pond life they are, the Labour Party can try to cut out the cancer and begin to move on from this very dark period. So long as it manages to stay solvent (by no means certain) Labour can rebuild itself into a credible opposition with a potential for government.

yeah the Daily Fail, the shining beacon of hope and faith................. that once supported fascism...

Perhaps you'd prefer the Guardian then, I'm sure they've never supported the wrong side in the past.....

But I didn't quote the mirror, I was responding to someone quoting the fail, I don't care for newspapers to be honest, they all have their own agenda,

How the mighty have fallen.  At one time he had everyone on his side - even Tories who joined Labour for £3 and voted for him!  When papers like The Mirror and Guardian no longer support him, you know his time is over.

His best bet is to quietly fade away into obscurity and retirement with all his millions.   All this talk from his worshippers about forming a new socialist party are as much a joke as he is.

Courts work on evidence and law. He can only lose if those those things are against him, not what the "Establishment" thinks even if we suspend our disbelief that Corbyn isn't a fully paid up gold plated member of that very Establishment.

No doubt lots of evidence will be wheeled out. It will be fascinating to watch if the country's unluckiest anti-racist (always in the wrong place, with the wrong people, at the wrong time) is nailed as a full on racist.

So I'll ask you the question again, since he can only be sued on evidence and law, do you think he will win in court? Yay or Nay?

When starmer has already gone against the legal advice that he was given, and offered an appolgy to them, then I fail to see how Corbyn can win, as Corbyn has already stated, it was a political decision not a legal one, starmer is doing his best to crush the left and by his actions he is doing just that..

You do realise that for years Starmer used to be the Director of Public Prosecutions and in charge of the Crown Prosecution Service, don't you?

If it's between him and the opinion of Corbyn/Milne/Formby it should be easy to see who's more likely to have the best legal advice.

This is a good read for the people without a closed mind..

https://labourheartlands.com/sir-keir-starmer-gives-a-grovelling-apology-and-a-bung-to-those-that-worked-hardest-to-harm-the-labour-party/

Sir Keir Starmer has made an ‘unreserved’ apology for suggesting that ‘whistleblowers’ involved in last year’s widely-criticised Panorama programme were not reliable, the apology comes after legal advice stated that the party had a strong defence. The former Director of Public Prosecutions ignored the legal advice and made a political (personal) decision to make the apology and fork out members money with over a six-figure payout to the so-called whistleblowers.

“We unreservedly withdraw all allegations of bad faith, malice and lying. We would like to apologise unreservedly for the distress, embarrassment and hurt caused by their publication.”

The apology comes after the Party’s lawyers said they were confident of winning the case brought against them, but Sir Keir Starmer was determined to issue the apology and agree a settlement said to be in six figures with the former staff.

These are the same Labour staffers who actively worked to remove thousands of Left-wing Labour Party members by creating a program to trawl social media accounts looking for keywords to use in suspending and excluding members from the party.

These are the same staffers that need to answer questions in their role and involvement relating to the inquiry being conducted by Martin Forde, an enquiry addressing the internal report that has uncovered of evidence racism, sexism, factionalism and obstruction of Labour’s 2017 General Election campaign.

................................

As i stated previously, when starmer has already issued an apology on the parties behalf, (ignoring the parties legal advice) it is near certain that Corbyn will lose at court, this has been deliberately planned to not just throw Corbyn under the bus, but to try and totally wipe out the left within the party, this is all part of starmers neoliberal plan be a safe pair of hands for the establishment...

Incidentally, i threw it out there to all the people stating Corbyn was an antisemite, lets see some evidence? forgive me if i missed it, but i dont recall seeing any  actual evidence from anyone..

So i ask again, if you think Corbyn is an antisemite, lets so what you got...?

i'll throw this in as my proof against..

Here you go, Deano.

Quite a few “mistakes”, “accidents” and coincidences are  documented here.  It’s a pretty unpleasant story.

It does require some dot-joining, but that’s a thing worth making the effort to do, when seeking out systematic, embedded prejudice. Give it a read and give your frontal lobe a chance to process it.
