I completely disagree that his manifesto went down like a lead balloon, a lot of his policies were popular with the electorate, i came across a study that was done and people were polled on his policies, obviously they were not told that they were Corbyn's policies, but just random questions that would you like to see the railways privatised etc, and the policies had a very good response, but for the life of me i cant find the survey that i thought i had bookmarked

Didn't the problems with those popular policies start when they began to be costed by independent experts / organisations. 

 

I seem to remember that the analysis of the Tories policies found that the country could just about afford them over the life of a Parliament but Labour's were virtually double the cost.

The truth is that the Labour Party has been infiltrated by the hard left. Momentum is to blame for the mess that the party is in.

 

Of course, momentum aren’t the only entryists. There is also the army of £3 Tories who vote with them to ensure that the party remains a basket case.

Naaaaaaa, its only been infiltrated by the men and women from up and down the country who now have a true labour party that is led by a true socialist, lets not forget that the labour was formed by socialists and is actually called a socialist party,

You can either choose 163 experts, whom we know not their political leanings or, (& I found where I remember where I got my info from), the BBC's fact check website, with the costings undertaken by the Institute of Financial Studies.

Blimey!  Just seen Emily Thornberry on the news.  Hardly recognised her; partly because she had a smile on her face, partly because she's certainly smartened herself up.  Who's been spending money on a style consultant then?

R.L. Bailey has smartened herself up in the past year but still has clown eyebrows.

As for Jess Philips she always looked grubby to me but now she's  making a stand she seems to have had just a little change of dress but still looks dowdy.

If they are going to chose a female I'd  go for Lisa Nandy, she's smart looking and talks almost sense but she said today that the Tories have split Labour, no they haven't  they've  split themselves.

People like Nandy have split the party, she should have got behind her democratically elected leader instead of stabbing him in the back
