Angela Smith has no loyalty to the Labour leadership and doesn't want Labour to win the next general election. She, like the other six, are Blairite pro-EU dinosaurs who are completely out of touch with both the party and their constituents.

 

Attempting to weaken the Labour party while displaying their loyalty to the neoliberal EU consigns them all to the dustbin of history. By-elections NOW!

She will be out at the next election anyway . . she has a very small majority of only 1300 ,and she has alienated most of her constituents over her Brexit stance.

Sending rape and death threats is unacceptable , but calling someone a traitor is a perfectly legitimate description of someone who has gone against the wishes of the people who she was elected to represent.

in 2012 she had a majority of over 6000 , at the last election that had dwindled to 1300 . she will be gone at the next general election.

Angela Smith has publicly stated that she considers the Labour party to be "unfit for government." The other six are equally anti-Labour/anti-working class. They do not support Jeremy Corbyn and his team and instead seek to stand up for the upper middle class and the rich by overturning the democratic June 2016 People's Vote.

 

All seven should resign their seats and stand in by-elections as the opponents of the working class that they truly are.

I've always been a fan of Chuka Umunna as far as Labour MPs go. He usually speaks sense.

I agree. Pity they didn't just defect to the Tories.

I suspect chuka will have a permanent seat on the daily politics show post brexit, certainly post GE. Then maybe strictly?
