No because I am all of those things regardless of whether I choose to wave a flag or prance about brandishing a bright pink feather duster.

Each to his own onetwo07 but it gives a lovely picture lol!

One the St George's flag, well I'm 78, English, a monarchist, served in the forces and am proud of it!

Either way, making fun of your core voters is never a good idea.

Almost as bad as Brown insulting that woman in Hull.

Apparently labour voters have now just twigged that labour is being run by (and for) the liberal elite. Why it's taken the front page of a tory newspaper and 15 years to get that I'm not entirely sure.

Labour need to drastically purge their party after the next election if they want to remain relevent. They can't keep pretending to be the party of the working class while really being a party made up of metropolitan liberal elite. Let Harman, Balls, Fielding, etc split off and form their own splinter group and keep Labour for the working-classes, people who work in shops, factories, nursing homes, call centres and fast food restaurants. Leave identity politics behind and concentrate on improving wages and working conditions for those in the lowest earning half. You do that and you can win every election.

I think Ed Milliband hit the nail on the head today when he said The labour party was founded for the working people of britain, unfortunately a major proportion of the labour party have forgotten that and are just in it for a career and to get wealthy. How whatever her name is? that was ahem sacked today by Ed Milliband is supposed to stand for the working class is beyond me.She lives in a 3 million pound home in london and has a priviledged life. How could she possibly know what it is like to be a working class person in a northern city.It makes my blood boil.I know the majority of Tories have a priviledged lifestyle but they do not claim to stand up for the working class.

Yep, I agreed with this a couple of years ago. Let's watch what happens there, and so it is seems to happening.

I've just watched that Miliband/Klass discussion, and to be fair it was horrific! I was cringing. He tried what they all do on other programmes and switch the conversation to the beloved NHS and sympathy. Didn't work this time and he looked shell-shocked. Truly awful.

Their other idea, hike tax on tobacco to pay for the NHS - just for people who don't smoke, if you don't know how much cigs are today, Embassy No.1 are 30p short of £10 for a pack.

Oh I forgot the other one - taxing bankers bonuses to pay for young people's work experiences/jobs.

No wonder people are voting UKIP. Farage must be rubbing his hands watching this fool.

Your buying them from the wrong place .................. cigs are just £3 a pack where i buy my bacca. Bargain

Cling on to that thought when you're sat in A&E for 4 hours waiting to be seen after an accident or when you have to wait for ages to see a cardiac specialist when the smokes finally bugger up your ticker.
