There's a place just off fitzwiilliam street that's £2.50 all day, or atkinsons have contract parking which I think works out at £3.50 per day

Try here

Also try letting agents because landlords sometimes let out spare spaces in underground car parks - 70-90 quid a month

NCP on Furnival Gate is £3.50 all day on "early bird" rate. Same at their place on Wellington St.

Council car parks are cheapest on Sundays, a quid for the day.

I think that's gone now. There was a big building being built on that site when I walked past on Monday.

I believe you must be thinking of somewhere else. The car park is still there.
