Sofa   10 #1 Posted May 10, 2014 I'm thinking of having my house rendered and reckon its about 120m2. The thing is I dont want to paint it so probably need a flexible permanent finish such as monocouche or a synthetic.  just wondering what sort of experiences people have had and what sort of price per m2 people have paid. Mac_Plas   10 #2 Posted May 10, 2014 Personally I do not work on m2 prices, too many variations in rendering  Scaffolding, access, substrates, beading, what type of finish you want, whether you want full mesh or part mesh etc etc.  Easier just to do a block price for the job.  Hope this helps, Chris @ MAC Plastering
 Share this content via...

Monocouche is a hard set mineral render and can be appied within reason all year round but the synthetic is flexible but air dries so is only suitable froml late April until the end of September unless it can be well covered up. Unless it is a new build as mac-plas has said it is per job not by the m2 to many variables. You could try http://www.rendermaster.co.uk he has many years experience or Shaws plastering servises Ltd. both are long establised Sheffield based rendering specialist. mac-plas above has a good name on SF as well. Glyn Roberts   10 #7 Posted February 1, 2015 hi. i have a team that specialize in rendering. They usually use a render from webber that comes in many different colour's to match the existing house or to suit the colour you require that you don't have to paint and it gives a great finish. if marked or stained you can get a touch up paint to make as good as new. If you would like a quote then contact gsr building services based in woodseats for a quote.
 Share this content via...
