Artisan Cheese Maker

Help, I need an Artisan Cheese Maker who does Farmers Markets. We had one booked for our next event but they had to cancel due to illness.

Does anyone have any contact details for one please.

I can't remember the name of the cheese maker we like. We buy the cheese from the food shop on the same complex as Dukeries Garden centre, its next to the art gallery. You can buy direct from the manufacturer, sorry I can't remember their name.

 

The cheese isn't cheap but its fab!
