Yes I went there, 1975 - 1980. Those were great years to be there.

used to have to catch two buses, one from shiregreen to town then one from town to stannington, use to take forever in them days, mind you it were only 2 new pence.

I went 77 -82, my son goes there now and is due to leave this year, on the visits to the school I dont think its been decorated or cleaned since I went there, the same old curtains still hanging down in the hall/dining room

went to a reunion about 5/6 yrs ago , i wasnt living in sheffield at the time and came back just for the night, at the old gas club bottom stannington road. not a good night for me personaly but for personal reasons, sure everyone else had a great time.

im back in sheff now and would love to chat to old buddies from that time, anyone on here left '79 please pm me and wel have a good old natter
