Does anyone make dolly bags?

In all the wedding fayres I have been to and all the wedding businesses I have come across I have not seen anyone who makes these.

I am wondering if it maybe something bridal dress shops would sell? Maybe someone who makes garters might make them as well or a seamstress?

I got a couple on ebay, one in ivory and the other in purple. Only £6.99 each.
