sirxig   10 #7 Posted May 2, 2014 How many 0 year olds are you expecting ?   Hello, At the moment there is only one 5 months old girl registered, we hope to have something like 4 babies. The parents have to be there with the baby so everybody is going to enjoy a Spanish experience.  I hope you can join us.  Best Regards  ---------- Post added 02-05-2014 at 10:26 ----------  It's a very honourable offer, but to be quite honest, most 0-4 yr olds haven't grasped English yet!  Hello,  Thanks for your comments,  Scientific research has shown that babies are born with the ability to distinguish all the possible sounds of the world languages. Words, sounds and intonation will be naturally absorbed during a critical period of a child’s linguistic development. Young babies and toddlers have a greater capacity for tuning into foreign language sounds than at any other time in their lives, therefore a 'good' accent is much harder to master later and developing an ear for what 'sounds right' becomes impossible for some older children.   More info  http://www.lajolieronde.co.uk/parents/babyandtoddler/  ---------- Post added 02-05-2014 at 10:28 ----------  Any chance you can do something like this on a weekend?  Hello,  No at the moment, but we are willing to start new groups In September, please keep in touch in Facebook.  https://www.facebook.com/speaquewithdominique  ---------- Post added 02-05-2014 at 10:36 ----------  most 2 year olds I know can only say a few words in english never mind anything else  This is best stage to learn a new language,  The sessions are about exposing toddlers to the language through exploration & play. Babies and Toddlers will learn via a combination of sounds and activities delivered through action songs, rhymes, stories, role play and fun craft activities.  I got a toddler in a nursery session who can understand some expression in Spanish and even repeat some words like: Hola, Gracias and SI. Which mean Hello, thanks and yes.  She is so enthusiastic and try to sing the Spanish songs. I am delighted to teach toddlers and babies!!
