I bought mine a couple of years ago somewhere around Hillsborough, I think it was called Sheffield timber something like that, they were a good price and to my shame I haven't stained it since it still looks OK, could do with a coat this year, I bought some big chunky balustrading fromB and Q and that also still looks well.

I've nearly finished taking all my decking up after 11 years. It has been a nightmare burning it all. As monkey says it's ok in the summer. I'd never have it again unless I moved to a warmer climate which is unlikely!

Mine is fine even in winter being down 6 years but I clean it every 3 months and oil it every year
