What the heck is going on with City cars this weekend? ?

An hours wait for a cab yesterday, 45 minutes waiting time today. ...really? ? :mad

Call centre operators cant offer an explanation, not their fault I know, but for someone who can't use a bus service, this weekend has been a bit of a nightmare

Has anyone had difficulty contacting city taxis on the press one for etc press two for ???

Have been trying since 9.30 this morning and it gets to two and knocks itself off it wont let you get to press zero to speak to an operator.

 

Good news was I got fed up of trying and rang excel and the journey was cheaper !
