If it's reputations of mad men that cause concerns...

....does this mean that they will have to change the name of Saville Street?

In remembrance of our past exploits in the Crimea, why not Florence Nightingale Way or even Balaclava Road.

We have a Balaclava Road already! In the Philadelphia area of the City.

Will Putin liberate the townships to save Donetsk Way? I thought I saw a few Russians when I last went to Crystal Peaks.

What about re naming as a reflective on how a city a bit nearer home is run or dheffield to be precise -

Perhaps call it tram penny lane as a reminder of the purchase price to stage coach as per retailed from the glorious council.

Blunkett plonker lane money pit lane in commemmoration of the highly sought after world student games.

Just dont call it commemaration lane as my christmas cards wont make it.

Please do a little research before you post, the tram was not sold for a penny. The infrastructure is owned by SYPTE and the system operator is Stagecoach. The original system operator was bought by Stagecoach in 1997 for £1.15 million. So tram £1.15 million lane could be more appropriate.

Why not copy our neighbours in Barnsley and call it Schwabisch Gmund Way.

It always makes me chuckle whenever I'm walking down to the Peel Centre and I see that road sign.....Is there anything less Barnsley sounding? :hihi:

Regards

Doom
