Bonjon   10 #3 Posted February 28, 2014 Either send it back to the manufacturer or buy a new one.  Depends on the cost of the drill.  I once bought a broken Makita SDS drill off ebay for a couple of quid, fixed it for another couple and now its worth over £100  As for fixing I just found the disassembly guide on the net and went from there.
