me-and-pippo   12 #25 Posted February 15, 2014 Usually, by compromised breathing they mean that some part of your airway is starting to swell.  Like, if you broke your nose banging your head on the wall
 Share this content via...
ratter71   10 #26 Posted February 15, 2014 I'd say being in pain is making you panic, compromising your breathing. - nudge nudge  Seriously? If you say that to 111 an ambulance will be sent, do you really think thats appropriate for toothache?
 Share this content via...
bkcin   10 #27 Posted February 15, 2014 I had some horrendous tooth pain a few months back due to an abscess, the only thing that would subside the pain was co-codamol an ibuprofen together. Paracetamol barely did anything!  Some private dentists have emergency 24 hour on call, the dentists that I use has one - http://www.occudentaldentist.co.uk - there's a link for emergency dental care on there.   Good luck, dental pain is by far the worst! Daven   10 #28 Posted February 16, 2014 (edited) If your in pain then it's an emergency, your not abusing anything. Good luck  Except that there are no dentists available in A&E and the OP will be told to ring 111 for an emergency dentist.
