when I went in August to sort out documents after a car was written off I was served within minutes on both occasion, extremely efficient and knowledgeable staff who explained carefully what other info I needed to include. If I'd have sent the documents to Swansea the process would have taken weeks (my fault because I didn't have all the right stuff on the first visit). It's a shame to lose that local, face to face service.
