Priorylady   10 #12 Posted February 5, 2014 Even when it was open it was quite pointless, unless you camped outside the night before.  when I went in August to sort out documents after a car was written off I was served within minutes on both occasion, extremely efficient and knowledgeable staff who explained carefully what other info I needed to include. If I'd have sent the documents to Swansea the process would have taken weeks (my fault because I didn't have all the right stuff on the first visit).
