Spencer Confidential    6/10

If you suspend your brain for about 90 mins this is okay to pass time.

The Platform    8/10

I really enjoyed this, its intelligent, brutal and thought provoking.

Its not perfect. Theres quite a few plot holes and the ending could be better, but I really liked it.

Thank you Nikki Red.

We put this on the back burner but after your 8/10 we decided to watch it.

yes like many films the ending could have been better.

Well worth watching - fully recommended 8/10

Rocker self isolating in his Garage catching up on all those part finished projects (now't new there then).

Watched all the Harry potters - not in one day (I'd be an actual wizard if I did). Decent enough.

Yesterday  6.5/10

Not my usual cup of tea, went into it expecting it to be awful and was pleasantly surprised.

A ‘nice’ film with a great soundtrack.

I watched that today, I’d watched it a couple of times before.

Leave it in your planner for a few weeks or a month and watch it again, you’ll catch stuff you didn’t catch first time round.

Villian   6.5/10

When I normally see that a film that has Craig Fairbrass starring, I don't tend to watch- gut instinct usually tells me not to wash my time

However this is a good old fashioned gangster film. Not in the same vein as a Guy Ritchie flick, but a decent effort.

Craig Fairbrass gives a good performance as a gritty old school 'ex's criminal who happens to run into some trouble.

The fruits of my lockdown Easter weekend...

Predator 2 - 7/10  - The only other Predator movie worth watching.

Outbreak - 8/10 - So weird to watch this again during an actual viral pandemic.

Bloodshot - 5/10 - Passable Vin Deisel movie but nothing special.

Death on the Nile - 9/10 - I don't know why but I love this film. Peter Ustinov was such a fun Poirot.

The Hallow   7/10

I really liked this, but I am partial to a bit of Irish horror.

Atmospheric and  beautifully shot, I loved the folklore, dark fairytale feeling of it.

Recorded A fish called wanda, watched it last night, absolute rubbish, to think of the publicity it got in its day!
