Rockers rule 673 #3555 Posted January 9, 2022 Ghostbusters afterlife. What's not to like ???? 21 foot of 1959 6.5 ltr V8, Left hand drive Cadillac ambulance sideways on in a field . Fully enjoyed every second. Lots of bits to make you jump, full of comedy and clever mumbo jumbo reminiscent of the first one. Haven't seen the 2nd one yet so will have to watch that as well. Might as well start with the first one while we're at it . 9/10 Fully recommend Enjoy .
 Share this content via...

Funky_Gibbon 42 #3557 Posted January 12, 2022 Motherless Brooklyn - 8/10 1950s set film noir about a private detective with Tourette's syndrome who obsessively starts to investigate a murder and finds a web of deceit and corruption (don't they all). Slow paced, Chinatown-esqe movie that is raised uo a notch by having such an interesting protagonist, played well by Edward Norton. Anna B 1,410 #3561 Posted January 20, 2022 'Tulip Fever' on BBC2. First new film on TV that I've seen and enjoyed in a long while. With Alicia Vikander, Judy Dench and the wonderful Christoph Waltz. All about the bazarre tulip gold rush in Amsterdam in the 1600s, wrapped up with a traumatic love story. It was beautiful to look at, quality acting and held your interest right to the end. I'd give it 9/
 Share this content via...
