The Iceman - 6/10 - True story of a contract killer who keeps his life a secret from his family - a bit too grim to be truly entertaining but pretty good with a decent cast.

The Patrol - 4/10 - Low key and very boring British war film set in Afghanistan, gets an extra point for the PJ Harvey song at the end (if you can get that far).

This is not a recent film but watched it again last week on the internet. Les visiteurs is a French comedy about some French knights who find themselves in the 20 th century. It's got subtitles.

The Exam (2009)

7/10. Psychological thriller, interesting concept. Quite minimalistic but ultimately rewarding.

The hunger games. The running man only with teenagers in a forest. Yawnsville. 5/10

And people make such a big fuss about it.

Sabotage (the latest Arnie film).

Considering that it was pretty much panned by every review I saw, I thought that it was a pretty solid bit of entertainment. It's not without flaws but I'd give it a 7/10 (1 of those points for the performance of Mireille Enos).

Sling Blade - 8/10. Billy Bob-Thornton stars in, directs and writes this. I wouldn't have guessed it was him as the lead. Fantastic performance.

Memories of Murder.

Another top notch Korean film which I give my first 10/10.

Starts off a little slow but then really gets you locked in to it-where you're than routing for the cops to capture a seriel killer.

One for you Funky Gibson- if you have not yet watched.

Three days to kill - i like Kev and Luc Besson so a good film for me.

Editing was a bit erratic but it was decent enough film 7.5/10
