The Chaser - 7/10 - Watched this after a few recommendations on these very pages, it starts out excellently and you can't take your eyes off it but then ****SPOILER ALERT**** it all goes to pot in the middle section when the suspect is arrested ****SPOILER ALERT and never really recovers, a shame

I guess it wasnt too bad, specially when you compare it to After Earth which I watched last night, it was absolutely abysmal and confirmed to me that the entire Smith family are all horrible.

 

Jayden smith would not have been in that film but for his dad.

It was one of the most boring films ive seen except there were even worse films last year.

 

I Robot is a gret sci fi film though, probably because it has an actual script and a very good one at that.

Only 7/10? I'd give it 10/10, a rarity for me.

Genius plot, marred only by a "Where should it go now?" uncertainty by the screenplay about three-quarters the way through.

I get the point, just it was overly schmaltzy, felt awkward when it shifted realities so to speak. Some of the animation was crazy though. The product placement was genius.

Yea sort of wish I saw it in 3-d but even in 2-d it looked fantastic, well made and jokes for all ages to laugh at
