Anyone do a wee-shudder sometimes?

I don't myself but my mate reckons he's just done one so severe he nearly wazzed into the sink!

 

Isn't it an involuntary shiver to counter the slight drop in body temperature when the urine leaves the body?

 

I would imagine women do it as well but they're probably too busy facebooking each other at the time to notice.

I thought it only affected males and happened because of the sudden drop in temperature to the testicles when you pull old percy out of the warmth of your underwear and expose him (oo-er missus) to the colder ambient temperature of the lavatory.
