..You and Me Time..

 

We have our place where we consider going for a treat,

They do this wonderful lemon cake scrumptious to eat,

Usual drink two large coffee latte’s with extra shot,

This wonderful hot drink with a nice froth on top,

Been coming to this coffee shop for quite a while,

Just mention Coffee and cake, to see my lass smile.

Our little coffee shop, with its personal touch,

Doing simple things in life, just mean so much,

Is just gentle conversation? Whilst devouring that cake,

Little sips of coffee in between we take,

Where we sit across a table and make idle chat,

They call it you and me time or something like that,
