JKP45 Â Â 10 #1 Posted January 20, 2014 Just rang the doctors and was told to take painkillers and call back in a couple of days if these haven't gone. Does anyone know of way to help ease these?
 Share this content via...

Karis   11 #5 Posted January 20, 2014 I have the solution: steaming your face REALLY helps!  I suffered for the first time in my life late last year and I was in agony. Someone recommended steaming my face and it provided relief almost immediately.  So try that and it should help
 Share this content via...

vibez_well   10 #8 Posted April 19, 2014 Definitely sounds like sinusitis. I used to suffer from it a lot. But I've never had it for some reason after coming to the UK 2 yrs back ! touchwood !!  Steaming definitely helps. Its softens the mucus and aids drainage. Its not a quick fix, so to alleviate severe pain, the painkillers will help.  Keep steaming at regular intervals and hope you get better. Good luck with your recovery. Steaming, especially with one or two crystals of menthol works wonders. These can be bought from the chemist and when I say one or two crystals, I really mean this. Any more and its like putting dynamite up your nose.
 Share this content via...
