NEXUS 7 bootloop HELP

Hi, My Nexus 7 is stuck in a bootloop on the Google screen It won't unlock so there for I can't flash it, If anyone can help me I've got more details about what I've tried to do. Thanks

ihave you already tried flashing it. is there a lot of data on it. try to get in to recovery options and clear clear cache or factory reset (will lose stuff)

Tried both of those methods

 

I just cant seem to do anything with it, When I try to unlock it, the option does come up on the screen, I press to unlock and it either goes to a 'No Command' screen or it says unlocking... in small letters at the top of the screen (But it stays like that) It never actually unlocks although it should do.

 

I just want it back as it was before it went silly I've never tried rooting it or anything. I just don't know what to do with it now. (It's a Month out of warranty)

I've been on that forum, Have read a lot of problems similar to mine but haven't yet found a solution. What seems to have worked for a lot of people is to unlock the tablet and then flash the factory images. Mine won't unlock, Even using command prompts, fastboot oem unlock. When I check the device, fastboot devices, It does pop up with the serial number so I have no idea why it isn't working....
