rubydazzler   11 #122 Posted June 17, 2012 Kito's on Woodseats, just opposite The Chantrey - usually has an offer on, great value and good choices. Marco's a bit further South between Big Tree and KFC. Delicious.
 Share this content via...
hotdogbird   10 #123 Posted June 17, 2012 little italy is good on a thursday and sunday with the ha;f price pizza and pasta dishes. My favourite place is a bit further afield though. E'lupos in Rotherham. It's one of those places you'd never find unless someone recommends it. http://www.elupos.co.uk http://www.facebook.com/pages/Elupos/141217285921308 On a friday night they have live entertainment too, including singing waiters. It's family run, and a lovely atmosphere. you should try it!
 Share this content via...

growup   10 #128 Posted June 17, 2012 Went there recently and had doughy pizzas and dolmio style pasta sauce, wouldn`t recommend it  I've not been for a while but have family who go regularly and think unfortunately you have had a rare bad experience. My son loves their fruit pizza and I can't remember what it's called but they do a dish similar to lasagne but made with pancakes which is lovely. pottedplant   10 #129 Posted June 17, 2012 Well I am surprised by your comment but looking forward to trying your other suggestions soon.  Hope you enjoy them........the man problem I think with Mamas is that is is a jack of all trades type of place - so does nothing particularly well, the places I have mentioned are similarly sized (or smaller) with less choice - but all is fresh and well cooked..........and are v similar (or even cheaper) in price.
