All depends where you read it I guess!

Yes it is true, old news.

All this talk of not spending is ok but at the end of the day united are still in a relegation battle despite a minor upturn in results recently.

Substitute the word "United" for the word "Wednesday" and your sentence is still correct.

Its already been a game changer!! McCabe has wrote off his "owed"£35m.

Not sure what went off behind the scenes with Marcus Williams, but looks like we are paying him off as well.

Old, as in it happened a few weeks ago and we discussed it on here.

I was joking about "depends where you read it", which is why I said "It's true".

So you don't get Sky Sports News or any British newspapers?

Judging by all the broken quotes in this thread I doubt he was the only one who likes a drink! [/quot

True but we are not talking about finishing mid table and getting to the Championship next season on this thread.

If the board were serious about improving their position into the Championship the club would have had a list of players to approach this week. Having said that, they may well have done but nobody wanted to accept given the record of this board and lack of ambition. Let's face it would you if you had talent want to end up playing for a club that sells any player they can so having worked with a player so you are comfortable know the strengths and weaknesses and suddenly they're gone. The whole team gets disrupted, Jagielka was a good example, just look at the players we lost after that.
