Keeping Brisket Warm Without Drying

I've cooked a peice of brisket in a smokey ish gravy, it's been in about 4 hours and lovely and tender, but we aren't ready to eat it till 6ish on sarnies with roasties.

 

I've turned the oven right down to 100 but how long can I keep it like this for until it will get overcooked?

Hi.Just put foil over the meat loosely to create a steam pocket and hold at around 70 degrees in the oven.:)
